Contact Us

The way you contact us is changing. From May 23rd we are introducing a new system called Klinik, which will be used for all online correspondence, allowing us to better assess and redirect your enquiry, no matter what the subject.

Email and other routes of communication have now ceased for all new contacts and enquiries, although it will remain in use where directed by a member of staff.

Our phonelines are only answered by receptionists during our main opening hours 8:00 – 18:30 Monday to Friday. The phonelines are not monitored during our extended hours.

Lifeboat Quay Opening Hours – Monday 8.30am – 8pm, Tuesday – Friday 8.30am to 6pm. Closes lunchtimes 1-2pm. These are current opening hours and may change in the coming months post merger.

Patients can call our surgeries directly as follows:

Hamworthy Surgery - 01202 679234
Poole Surgery - 01202 676111
Upton Surgery - 01202 622339
Lytchett Matravers / Heath Cottage Surgery - 01202 632764
Lifeboat Quay - 01202 680111

We have introduced 4 main options for patients to choose from when contacting us via telephone. This way we can help direct call traffic as efficiently as possible and stop long queues forming.

Below are the new options to choose from:

  • Press 1 – to cancel an appointment
  • Press 2 – Prescription enquiries (please note we DO NOT take prescription requests over the telephone)
  • Press 3 – If you feel unwell, to get help with a new or existing health problem (press 1), or to discuss a Klinik form you have already submitted please (press 2)
  • Press 4 – For help with anything else

Option 3 should be used if you want to complete a new Klinik form to help with a new or existing health problem and to request an appointment. Option 3 should also be used if you have already submitted a Klinik form and you need to discuss this further.

We do not have a patient email address, please send all enquiries through the general enquiries tile on the homepage of Klinik.
