In line with Department of Health guidelines, the practice offers extended opening hours for those patients who wish to book an appointment to see a GP but find it difficult to come to the surgery during normal hours due to other commitments (i.e. work, caring, school etc). If you wish to book one of these appointments please contact your surgery to arrange a convenient date\time (our patients are also able to attend any of our four surgeries in extended hours). Please note that these appointments may be at a Poole General Hospital.
Klinik – Patient feedback regarding sub-tiles
We’ve had some feedback that some patients after selecting the ‘new’ or ‘existing’ health problems tiles, have found they cannot continue and believe that there is an issue with Klinik. However this isn’t the case, instead one of the 5 sub-tiles, needs to be selected.
