About Us

SystmConnect is the new online consultation platform that is replacing Klinik. This system is integrated with our patient record system and we hope this will provide better functionality and a clearer easier to use patient form.  

We will be continuing to use a total triage system, which allows patients to access the help they need in a timely manner. It also allows the surgery to use our limited resources in the most effective way by directing patients to the most appropriate clinician, who may be a GP, Advanced Clinical Practitioner, Musculoskeletal Practitioner or Pharmacist.
 

As part of the total triage process, patients will need to complete a health form about their health condition, this is done through Systmconnect.
