Flu Vaccination Clinic – Patient Satisfaction Survey

This helps us to prepare for next year’s clinics, particularly if there is anything we can learn from.

We understand there was some misunderstanding during the first Poole and Upton’s clinics, with Lifeboat Quay patients attending Lifeboat Quay instead of other surgeries, where their appointments had been booked. We will take this on board for next year to ensure the communication is as clear as possible, on which site has been booked.

Please note, under The Adam Practice our ‘Poole Surgery’ is at Longfleet Road opposite the hospital and Lifeboat Quay is named as such.
