Steps 2 Wellbeing – Southampton and Dorset

Steps 2 Wellbeing offer help to people over the age of 18 who are registered with a GP at Dorset or Southampton City Practice. They provide a range of low and high-intensity treatments for common mental health issues such as low mood, anxiety, or related mental health conditions. The service also offers support for those living with long-term health conditions.Patients can refer themselves to the service via their website or they can be referred through their GP or any health care provider.
