Please be aware that we are receiving a high number of patient forms, which is leading to delays in our response times and availability of appointments. If you have submitted a health form but have not heard from a member of our triage team, and believe your concerns are urgent or your health is worsening, please contact us by phone.

Steps 2 Wellbeing offer help to people over the age of 18 who are registered with a GP at Dorset or Southampton City Practice. They provide a range of low and high-intensity treatments for common mental health issues such as low mood, anxiety, or related mental health conditions. The service also offers support for those living with long-term health conditions.Patients can refer themselves to the service via their website or they can be referred through their GP or any health care provider.
