Volunteer Groups
Below is a list of the several local volunteer groups available to the vulnerable population and those who are self-isolating.

Carers Resource Information and Support (CRISP) for Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch.

The Leonard Trust Carers Helpline
Available to all voluntary unpaid carers in Dorset.

They will provide practical, financial and emotional support to carers.

This service is for older people, their families, friends and carers.

Hours: 7 days a week, 8am to 7pm.
Age UK are coordinating requests for help with issues relating to loneliness and isolation, or support in accessing items such as food, cash or medication. Support is available to all residents within the Dorset Council area.
Prescription Delivery Services
You may prefer to have your prescription delivered to your door at this time and there are many options to do this. We have comprised a small list below of some online pharmacy delivery services.
- Payment as usual for prescriptions unless you are eligible or have pre-payment card
- Delivery costs may apply
- Orders may take longer than usual and to allow at least 7-14 days
