We’ve had some feedback that some patients after selecting the ‘new’ or ‘existing’ health problems tiles, have found they cannot continue and believe that there is an issue with Klinik. However this isn’t the case, instead one of the 5 sub-tiles, needs to be selected.

Below is a list of the several local volunteer groups available to the vulnerable population and those who are self-isolating.

Available to all voluntary unpaid carers in Dorset.

They will provide practical, financial and emotional support to carers.

Age UK are coordinating requests for help with issues relating to loneliness and isolation, or support in accessing items such as food, cash or medication. Support is available to all residents within the Dorset Council area.

Prescription Delivery Services  

You may prefer to have your prescription delivered to your door at this time and there are many options to do this. We have comprised a small list below of some online pharmacy delivery services.

  • Payment as usual for prescriptions unless you are eligible or have pre-payment card
  • Delivery costs may apply
  • Orders may take longer than usual and to allow at least 7-14 days
