Key Information:

  • What is a Group Clinic?: Group clinics are a new way to meet your healthcare team. You will see an expert clinician alongside a small group of other patients who have similar health needs (e.g., Diabetes, Asthma, or Heart Disease).
  • More Time for You: Unlike a standard appointment, group sessions typically last 60 to 90 minutes. This gives you much more time to ask questions and discuss your health in depth.
  • Shared Learning: You get the benefit of hearing real-life tips and experiences from others facing similar challenges. This “Community of Care” helps you feel less alone and more supported.
  • Confidentiality: Privacy is our priority. Everyone attending signs a confidentiality agreement to not discuss information outside the room. You only share what you are comfortable sharing regarding the specific condition being discussed.

What Happens Next?

We are currently rolling out group clinics for specific long-term conditions. If you are eligible, you will receive an invitation via letter, text message, or phone call.

We strongly encourage you to give them a try. Many patients tell us that the support and extra time make a huge difference to their confidence in managing their health.
