The Treatment Protocol
Follow this simple formula: Treat everyone at once + Cover the whole body + Repeat one week later.
Step 1: Preparation (Day 1)
- On the day you begin treatment, wash all bedding, towels, and clothing worn in the last few days.
- Use a hot wash (50°C or higher) to kill any mites on the fabrics.
Step 2: Application
Think of the cream as a protective layer that must cover every inch of skin so mites have nowhere to hide.
- Timing: Apply when skin is cool and dry (not straight after a hot bath). Ideally, apply in the evening before bed.
- Coverage: Apply a thin layer to your entire body, from your neck down to the soles of your feet.
- The Details: Pay special attention to difficult-to-reach areas:
- In between fingers and toes.
- Under fingernails.
- Wrists, elbows, and skin folds.
- Hand Washing Rule: If you wash your hands during the treatment time (e.g., after using the toilet), you must re-apply the cream to your hands immediately.
Step 3: Duration
- Leave the cream on for 8 to 12 hours.
- Wash it off thoroughly the next morning.
Step 4: The Repeat (Important!)
- You must repeat this entire process exactly one week later.
- This second treatment is essential to kill any mites that have hatched from eggs since the first application.
