NHS Friends & Family Test (FFT)

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important opportunity to provide feedback on the care and treatment you received and to improve services. After you have attended an appointment at the practice (and as long as we have your current mobile phone number) we will send you a text message asking how you would rate the practice and if you would recommend it to your family and friends (please answer this 1 – 5 with number 1 being the best and 5 the worst). Once you have replied you will receive a further text asking if you would like to comment – please let us have feedback (either positive or negative). Your answer is voluntary. But if you do answer, your feedback will provide valuable information to celebrate good practice, and identify opportunities to make improvements. Your answer will not be traced back to you, and your details will not be passed onto anyone. A member of your family or your friend is welcome to answer the question if you are unable to. For more information please visit http://www.nhs.uk/  and search for 'Friends and Family'.
