Online opening hours

  • Medical requests (new & existing health conditions) – 07:45 – 16:30 (Monday to Friday)
  • Other medical requests (inc health review, follow-up) – 07:45 – 18:30 (Monday to Friday)
  • Admin requests – 06:00 – 21:00 (7-days a week)

Cancelling or changing an appointment

To cancel your appointment:
1. reply CANCEL to your appointment reminder text message
2. use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
3. using the GP online system – SystmOnline
4. contact us online via the Systmconnect homepage using the ‘Appointment cancellation and re-booking’ tile
5. phone or visit reception, Monday to Friday from 8am to 6.30pm


If you need help when we are closed (after 6.30pm or during training)

  • If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
  • NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
  • Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.

 

Home visits

If you are housebound and need an appointment, we will do a home visit. Please use any of the options above to request a home visit. It is helpful if you phone the practice as soon after 8am as possible.

District Nurses are also available for housebound patients needing nursing appointments. This service is provided by Dorset HealthCare University Trust.
