Healthwatch Dorset will be visiting The Adam Practice’s Hamworthy Surgery on Tuesday 27 October, from 9.30am to 2pm.

Healthwatch Dorset is an independent organisation that listens to people’s experiences of health and social care services. Its trained volunteers will be available to speak with patients, relatives, carers and staff.

Feedback shared during the visit will be recorded anonymously. Healthwatch Dorset will use what it hears to prepare a report, with recommendations for service providers. Reports will be published on its website.
